Bloor Homes welcomes views from local residents and stakeholders on the revisions to the live planning application for Northwest Cullompton, Phase 2.

You can share your comments with the project team using the form to the right.

All responses received will be read by the project team and will be recorded in an addendum to the Statement of Community Involvement, to be submitted to Mid Devon District Council as part of the revised planning documents.

Once the application documents have been validated by Mid Devon District Council, you will also be able to submit a formal representation directly to the council through its online planning portal, using the reference number 22/00729/MFUL.
