What happens next
Revisions to the planning application for Northwest Cullompton Phase 2 Development – Land to the North of Tiverton Road, Cullompton will be submitted by Bloor Homes to Mid Devon District Council this summer.
Once the application documents have been validated, Mid Devon District Council will open its own statutory consultation period. This gives any resident, organisation, or statutory consultee the opportunity to submit a formal representation on the proposals through the council's planning portal, using the reference number 22/00729/MFUL.
Following that consultation period, the application will be considered by Mid Devon District Council.
