Bloor Homes are bringing forward a proposal to deliver new homes on Land to the North of Tiverton Road, Cullompton, known as Northwest Cullompton Phase 2.

A full planning application for the site was submitted by Barratt David Wilson in 2022 and remains live. Bloor Homes have acquired the site and will be submitting some updates to the application, which hopefully address the feedback received to date.

Bloor Homes are a privately owned company with almost 60 years of experience in delivering high-quality housing developments across the UK and have been active for a number of years through the delivery of the ‘The Meadows’ development within Phase 1.

The site falls within the southern portion of the Northwest Cullompton Allocation in the adopted Mid Devon Local Plan 2013-2033 and Bloor is committed to ensuring the scheme is reflective of the allocation and the proposals will be supported by a package of planning obligations including affordable housing, contributions to infrastructure and facilities. The revised package of information has been submitted to Mid Devon District Council and we would like to provide the opportunity for the local community and key stakeholders to provide comments and feedback during the consultation process.
